Therefore, as Freepik continues to grow and expand, we are looking for an experienced customer-oriented help desk support team member to act as a liaison, provide information and resolve any emerging problems that Freepik users may face with accuracy and efficiency. The target is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Some of the main responsibilities include:

  • Assist Freepik and Flaticon users through online platforms
  • Answer any pending questions or problems a user can have
  • Report the specific department involved about any queries being solved with the user
  • Customer Service: do a follow up, analysis and optimization of every contact done with the user
  • Give Support to the cataloging department when required

Minimum requirements

  • Highly important to have a high level of written English
  • Proactive, decisive attitude and independence in performing all functions

Minimum education required

  • Formación Profesional Grado Superior

Minimum experience

  • At least 1 year
